This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Bundu Wellness accepts
returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, and to ensure product integrity and
consumer safety:
➡ All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide order number + clear photographic evidence
• Email: info@bunduwellness.com

Upon verification, Bundu Wellness may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the Product, or
• Issue store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered except when required
by law.

3. Incorrect Items

If the incorrect item was shipped, we will correct the error at no additional cost to
the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

The following scenarios are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Customer dissatisfaction with taste or results
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

5. Policy Updates

Bundu Wellness reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time.
