This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Bundu Wellness accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, including the 30-day cooling-off period for distance sales.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility - UNOPENED PRODUCTS

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

Product must be UNOPENED and UNUSED

Product must be in original, resalable condition

All original packaging and labels intact

Return requested within 30 days of delivery (not purchase date)

3. How to Request a Return

1. Email info@bunduwellness.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Receive return shipping label and instructions

3. Ship the unopened product back to Bundu Wellness

4. Upon receipt and verification, receive refund within 5-7 business days

4. Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographic evidence

We will replace or refund at our discretion

5. Non-Returnable Cases

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Opened, used, or partially consumed products

Products returned after 30 days

Products damaged by customer mishandling (after delivery)

Packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are provided at no cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to Bundu Wellness.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
