This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Bundu Wellness processes,
ships, and delivers Products within the United States.

1. Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next
business day.
• Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery for most major metropolitan areas is:
• 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Bundu Wellness is not
responsible for delays caused by:
• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive an email with tracking information. Tracking
updates may require 24–48 hours to reflect carrier scans.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Bundu Wellness is not liable for:
• Misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Reshipping fees
• Packages returned to sender

If a reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, Bundu Wellness is no longer
responsible for the package.
For missing packages:
1. Check your property and neighbors
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers may pre-scan)
3. Contact the carrier directly

Stolen or lost packages after delivery confirmation are not eligible for
replacement or refund.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours
• Email info@bunduwellness.com with photos + order number

We will review the claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement.

8. Policy Modifications

Bundu Wellness reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting.
