Wellness website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products (“Products”) offered
by Bundu Wellness (“Bundu Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site,
creating an account, or purchasing Products, you agree to be legally bound by
these Terms.

checkout process and placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to
be bound by these Terms.

placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement

4. Nature of Products & FDA Disclosure

Bundu Wellness sells dietary supplements. All Products adhere to applicable
regulatory guidelines; however:
• Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA).
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
disease.
• Individual results vary.
• You should consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any

Bundu Wellness is not responsible for adverse reactions or misuse of Products.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any order at any time.

5.2 Pricing

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical
or system errors that may impact pricing, product descriptions, or promotions.

5.3 Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize Bundu Wellness to charge your selected
payment method for the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping
fees.
5.4 Fraud Prevention

We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or
violation of these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping
Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, title and risk of loss
transfer to the customer.

Carrier tracking confirmation and delivery scans constitute valid digital proof of
delivery. Customers must notify Bundu Wellness of any delivery issues within
forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of dietary supplements:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, except as required by law or in
cases of confirmed damaged or defective Products, consistent with our Return
Policy.
This final sale policy applies once an order has been fulfilled and is consistent
with Shopify Payments and payment processor dispute guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, logos,
trademarks, and layout—is owned or licensed by Bundu Wellness and protected
under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our express
written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt security protocols
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, networks, or accounts

INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE-OF-PERFORMANCE WARRANTIES.

will be free of viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Bundu Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue,

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving
rise to the claim.

damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations resulting from causes
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
acts of war, labor disputes, supply chain failures, pandemics, or carrier
disruptions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in state or federal
courts located in Florida.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections
shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our related policies, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Bundu Wellness.

Completion of checkout constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms,
Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
